对我国体育公共服务建设的若干问题探究

我国体育公共服务建设也在随着我国城镇化规划阶段逐步的改革与发展而变化。在发展的过程当也存在着诸多的问题。其主要原因,是由于体育场馆设施建设与民众体育需求脱节、区域分配的不平衡的严峻现实决定了我国的体育公共服务还难以在全国实现均等化以及提供的体育公共服务缺乏人文关怀和科学理念等。建议:第一,政府应该在公共服务中更加凸显出公共体育服务的地位。第二,结合多元化共治是中国体育公共服务发展壮大的必然选择。第三,努力实现基本体育公共服务均等化;第四,以人口结构特征为依据应该成为我国体育公共服务提供的一个重要取向。

Research on Issues of Sports Public Service Construction in China

At present, the construction of public sports service changes with the development and reform of ur- banization planning. During the development, there exists many problems. The main reasons are the grim reality of sports facilities and disjointed, and mass sports demand of regional imbalance decided the sports public service in China also difficult in the equalization of sports public service, the lack of humanistic care and scientific philos- ophy etc.. It suggests that 1 ） in the public service the government should be more highlights in the status of pub- lic sports service. 2） combining the multi governance is the inevitable choice for the development of China＇ s sports public service development. 3） to achieve the basic public sports service equalization; 4） the characteris- tics of the population structure as the basis should become an important orientation of public sports service provid- ed.
