运动、多巴胺与学习记忆

长期适宜的运动对学习记忆提高有着良好的促进作用,其机制是多方面的。多巴胺(DA)作为一种新型的神经递质,与学习记忆密切相关。本文运用文献综述法对DA与学习记忆的关系、运动与学习记忆的关系以及运动与DA变化之间的关系进行分析探讨,以期为深入了解运动与学习记忆及DA三者间的关系提供依据。

Research on Exercise,DA and Learning- Memory

It was well recognized that regular and moderate exercise has positive effects on learning - memory, which were explained by many mechanisms. As a novel neurotransmitter, DA plays a significant role in learning - memory. By using the methods of literature review, this paper analyzes the relationship between DA and learning - memory, the relationship between exercise and learning - memory and the relationship between exercise and the change of DA, expecting to offer theoretical evidence for understanding thoroughly the relationship of exercise, learning- memory and DA.
