| 摘 要： | 北京市收托学前特殊儿童的教育机构共有 12所 ,均为上世纪 80年代以来兴办的。近年的实践创出了有益的经验 ,如强调一对一个别教育训练、重视对家长培训 ,以及“残健合一”的教育尝试。但目前仍存在着对特殊教育认识不到位 ,师资培训欠缺和由于体制问题而导致的效益不高、资源无法整合等问题。作者结合对学前特教发展前景的分析 ,提出了相应的改革对策
