| 摘 要： | 本将高标准定位这种新的管理工具引入我国企业的技术创新少许顺国际上技术创新高标准定位的研究成果的基础上，建立了更为系统和动态的新模型，通过理论分析和实际应用，总结了最佳创新公司在技术创新管理上的成功经验，以帮助我国企业的实提高技术创新管理水平，获得基于技术创新能力的竞争优势。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces benchmarking tool into technological innovation of Chinese enterprises. Based on the international research results, a more systemic and dynamic model is build up. Through theoretical analysis and practical application, the success experiences of best innovation companies in the innovation management fields are draw to a conclusion. It helps our firms to improve management level in technological innovation, and acquire competitive advantage based on core competence. |
