| 摘 要： | 教师的职业性质和教育的功能决定了教师必须具备高尚的道德和人格,并随着时代的发展赋予新的内涵.当前,高校师德状况总体上是好的,但也存在着一些与新形势新任务不相适应的问题.产生问题的原因是多方面的,既有主观的,也有客观的.高校应把师德建设作为学校德育工作的重中之重,切实采取各种有效的措施,加强师德建设.

| Abstract: | A teacher should be a man of moral integrity and of noble character,which is determined by the nature of his profession and the function of education.Now most college teachers are noble-minded,but there still exist some problems that fail to conform to the new situation and task.The reasons are both subjective and objective.Colleges and universities should pay special attention to the moral education for teachers,and practical measures should be taken to strengthen teachers' morality. |
