| 摘 要： | 素质教育已成为我们这个时代教育的响亮主题。传统教学方式将会因此发生巨大的改变，师生关系也会随之发生相应变化。素质教育背景下高校师生关系的合理定位应是课内教学与课外交往并重，主导作用与主体地位并存，平等、对话、共享和双赢的新型师生关系。
