老年性阴道炎的治疗

对１９９３～１９９７年间门诊有随访记录的７８例老年性阴道炎患者采用乙Ｄｉ酚、灭滴灵、强的松、扑尔敏、氯霉素和鱼肝油液配成的混合剂，施行阴道涂布法，每天２次，连用１０天为１疗程。７８例患者用药１疗程治愈７５例，治愈率９６．２％；随访发现复发率７％，无副作用。采用多药配伍局部治疗，可改善局部血液循歪及杀菌而达到治愈的目的，这是一种经济、方便、有效的治疗方法。

Study on the Treatment of Senile Vaginitis

From Feb.1993 to Dec.1997,78 cases with senile vaginits were treated by vaginal inunction of admixture which consisted of Stilbestrol,Flagyl,Prednison,Chlorpheniramine,Chloromycetin and cod liver oil.The results showed that 75 cases were cured after only one course of the treatment.The cure rate was 96.2% and recurrence rate was 7.7%.There was no side effect.The local treatment with admixture could improve local circulation and immunity to result in germicidal action and proved to be an easy,effective and economic method. A mixture of homopropargyl and allenic alcohol with the predominant homopropargyl alcohol selectivity or the single homopropargyl alcohol was obtained. When the aldehyde and ketone were in the same system, only the aldehyde was found to react readily, the ketone was left unchanged.
