红军长征时期中国共产党在广西的民族政策--从《关于瑶苗民族中工作的原则指示》说起

本文以1934年11月中共在湘江战役激烈进行的时候发布的《关于瑶苗民族中工作的原则指示》为例．论述了红军长征时期中共在广西提出并执行的民族平等、民族自治、尊重少数民族风俗习惯和宗教信仰、团结少数民族上层人士等民族政策及其对湘江战役的胜利、增进民族团结，推动民族地区革命运动的开展及对此后中共制定民族政策所发挥的重要作用和借鉴意义。

Policies on Ethnic Affairs Implemented by the CPC in Guangxi during the Long March

Taking The Principle and Instruction of Working in the Yao Miao Nationality issued by the Communist Party of China while Xiang Jiang River Campaign was carrying on fiercely in November 1934 as an example,the paper describes the correct policies on ethnic affairs such as the equality of all nationalities,national autonomy, respecting the folkways and customs and religious belief of ethnic minority,uniting its upper-class people.etc, which the CPC proposed and carried out in Guangxi during the long march. And the paper also analyzes the policies' effect on the victory of Xiang Jiang River Campaign, promoting national unity, propelling the development of the revolutionary moves in ethnic minority areas and the important roles of the policies on ethnic affairs of the CPC after that.
