| 摘 要： | 对自然法的理解是建立在对自然概念的准确把握之基础上，古希腊的自然观是人类理性在二元主义思维模式的框架内对现象世界的终级原因不懈追问的结果，古希腊版本中的自然法是“自然”中以“至善”为目的而形成的完美秩序及蕴涵于其中的各种关系的规则体系，在西方政治文化中，自然法具有普遍性，神圣性和永恒性。因此，对自然法概念的准确把握是研究西眩政治哲学，理解西方政治法律文化传统的关键。

| Abstract: | A correct grasp of natural law is based on an exact understanding of the nature.The conclusion drawn in this treatise follows as that the ancient Greek conception of nature resulted on the continuous exploration of the phenomenal world in the thinking mode of dualism,and the natural law in the ancient Greek edition is but a system of the ideal order formed in the nature for the purpose of the eternal goodness. |
