近年来经济学界关于"李约瑟之谜"研究述评

本文从李约瑟之谜问题的提出及表述出发,对近年来中国经济学界研究李约瑟之谜的成果进行了分类介绍及评述,在此基础上提出了对李约瑟之谜的一般解释,即李约瑟之谜产生的原因是多维度的,地理环境、文化模式、经济结构、政治制度这四个方面的因素缺一不可,其中地理环境又是其他三项形成的先导性因素,而独特的东方儒学文化、自给自足的租佃型的封建地主制、对外封闭对内一统的中央集权式的官僚层级制度三位一体,共同作用,构成了中国封建制社会长期维持的超稳定结构,极大地遏制了现代资本主义生产关系在中国的建立以及科学革命在中国的诞生。

On Recent Studies of the "Needham Puzzle" by Economists
