Abstract:[Purpose/significance]The paper intends to explore reading promotion of minority students based on PDCA model.[Method/process]Taking reading promotion of Xinjiang minority social practice group in Fuzhou university for example,the paper carries out the procedure management of social practice from the aspects of plan,do,check,and action.[Result,/conclusion]With the help of the great platform of social practice,it gives full play to their own creativity,through the effectiveness analysis and scientificity,effectiveness,practicability,of the PDCA model,constantly improves the organization,discipline and capacity of the social practice of university students,and promotes the long-term development of the scholarly education of ethnic minority students.
