农村教师信息素养提升路径刍探

步入信息化时代,社会要求农村教师具备一定的信息素养,借助信息手段提高课堂教学效益。然而,部分农村教师的信息素养不容乐观。文章简述提高农村教师信息素养存在的问题,并从及时更新教学观念、重视实战演练、创设良好的信息化环境、与教学工作深度融合、注重完善评价机制等方面,探讨提高农村教师信息素养的路径。

Exploration of the Ways to Improve Rural Teachers'Information Literacy

In the information age,the society requires rural teachers to have certain information literacy and improve classroom teaching efficiency with the help of information means.However,the information literacy of some rural teachers is not optimistic.This paper briefly describes the problems existing in improving rural teachers'information literacy,and discusses the ways to improve rural teachers'information literacy from the aspects of timely updating teaching concepts,paying attention to practical drills,creating a good information environment,deeply integrating with teaching work,and paying attention to improving the evaluation mechanism.
