| Abstract: | Library organization behavior is one of the key factors to decide working efficiency.The behavior of the librarians has an influence on the library management.This article use princples of modern behavior science to seek the organization behavior of the library from three aspects of its activties,interactions and organization innovations.Then is put up a new way of management for the library. |
