| 摘 要： | 企业集群是区域竞争力的集中体现，发展企业集群能大大提升区域竞争力。提升区域竞争力的措施主要有：加强专业化分工与协作，培育完善的生产网络组织；完善政府职能，扶持集群的发展；加强区域品牌建设，提升集群竞争力；培育区域创新系统，增强企业集群的持续竞争优势。采取这些措施来发展和完善企业集群，是提升区域竞争力的战略选择。

| Abstract: | Cluster of enterprises is the concentrate epitomize, developing cluster of enterprises can improve regional competitiveness promptly. Developing cluster of enterprises could be go through these measures, such as strengthen specialized divide work and cooperation, cultivate perfectly productive network organization; perfect agent associations such as commercial chamber, improve regional organization; perfect function of government, uphold the development of cluster, strengthen the construction of regional brand, improve competitiveness of cluster of enterprises ; so developing cluster of enterprises is a good tactic choice of improving regional competitiveness. |
