| 摘 要： | 新形势下，建设社会主义新农村必须加强农村的文化教育工作，尤其要充分发挥农村成人教育的重要作用，提高农民的科学文化素质。然而，当前我国农村成人教育在其发展过程中遇到了诸多问题，一度陷入了困境。文章结合新形势下农村成人教育发展存在的问题进行了探索，并在此基础上提出了相应的对策。
