| 摘 要： | 运用心理测量等方法,对自由式滑雪空中技巧国家队队员的赛前竞赛焦虑进行研究。结果表明:运动员的竞赛特质焦虑在运动等级和运动成绩上具有显著差异,作为相当稳定的个性特征,特质焦虑可以作为空中技巧运动员心理选材的一个有效指标;空中技巧的比赛成绩受认知状态焦虑和状态自信心的影响较大,其认知状态焦虑和躯体状态焦虑均随比赛层次的提高而增高。教练员应加强对队员的认知心理训练和自我效能的培养以适应大赛的需要。

| Abstract: | By means of mental measurement,the author made the research on the pre-competitive anxiety for the Aerial Skier of Chinese National Team.The research result shows that competition trait anxiety was influenced by athletic rank and competition performance.As a steady characteristic,trait anxiety can be an effective index for talent selection by psychology in aerial skill event.Aerial skill competition performance can be much more influenced by cognitive anxiety and state self-confidence.Athletic cognitive sta... |
