| 摘 要： | 随着我国土地流转制度的松动,农村新一轮土地经营管理制度改革已经全面铺开,农村土地问题纠纷也成为社会共同关注的热点、难点问题。当前农村土地承包经营权的纠纷主要由于法律法规的不完善、政策的多变、管理的相对混乱、解决途径堵塞等原因引起的。要妥善解决这些纠纷,应完善相关法律,制定确实可行的土地政策,加强土地管理,构建多元化的土地承包纠纷解决机制。
