| 摘 要： | 几丁质酶(EC 3.2.1.14)催化几丁质水解为几丁质单糖:N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖,随着研究的不断深入,显示出越来越突出的生物学功能.本文介绍了节肢动物中甲壳动物和昆虫几丁质酶的产酶种类、酶学特性、酶结构、分子生物学及其几丁质酶在节肢动物蜕皮中生理作用的研究现状.

| Abstract: | Chitinase(EC3.2.1.14) catalyses the reaction of hydrolyzing the chitin into N-acetylglucosamine(GlcNAc).With the in-deep study of chitinase,more and more biological function of chitinase appeareed obviously.Now,this paper introduces the actualities of crustacean and insect chitinase research,including the chitinase's properties,structure,molecular biology and its physiological function in the periodic ecdysis of arthropods. |
