经济政策变迁与情境修辞的同一策略——以美国总统就职演说为例

运用语用软件Antconc3.2.1,将美国经济史与历届总统就职演说辞相结合,分析其经济政策修辞的同一策略,认为美国总统就职演说是西方修辞术的典型代表,体现了修辞术维护自身权利的指向。为了达到良好的劝说效果,演讲者需要与受众实现同一,并以此为契机增强演讲的诉诸力,进而为经济政策的变革性演进提供舆论前提。

Changes of Economic Policies and Strategies of Situational Rhetoric Identification -- A Perspective on the U.S. Presidential Inaugural Addresses

Through the pragmatics software Antconc3.2.1,focusing on both the economic history of America and the presidents’ inaugural addresses,and the identification strategies of economic policies rhetoric are analyzed.The U.S.presidential political speeches reflect the rhetoric in western cultures,and embody the self-interest-orientation of rhetoric itself.In order to persuade the audience effectively,public speakers need to realize identification with them,strengthening the appeals.All the efforts are made to provide a premise of consensus for the revolutionary evolution of economic policies.
