| Abstract: | The reasons,performance and harmness of administrative power abuse are analyzed.Some countermeasures are put forward to normalize the performance of administrative power: to reform assessment system of administrative power,to improve moral integrity of administrative staff,to perfect administrative laws and regulations and to perfect information public system of government. |
