| 摘 要： | 介绍了沈阳经济区产业集群竞争力的现状,分析了制约沈阳经济区产业集群竞争力的因素,提出了提高沈阳经济区产业集群整体竞争力的对策：统筹协调经济区内基础设施建设;发挥产业优势,增强产业集群辐射作用;发挥政府作用,消除政策壁垒;实施沈阳经济区人才整体开发战略;给诚信示范企业优惠政策,创建企业健康人文环境。

| Abstract: | The current situation of overall competitiveness of industrial clusters of Shenyang Economic Zone is introduced.The factors restricting the competitiveness of industrial clusters of Shenyang Economic Zone are analyzed.Countermeasures to improve the overall competitiveness of Shenyang Economic Zone industry cluster are put forward: Coordinating the infrastructure construction in the economic zone;playing the advantages of the industry and enhancing the radiation effects of the industrial clusters;playing the role of government and eliminating the policy barriers;implementing the overall talent development strategy of Shenyang Economic Zone;providing preferential policies to the enterprise with good faith,and creating a health humanistic environment for enterprise. |
