| 摘 要： | 以辽宁工程技术大学为例,分析了经费不足的各种原因及经费投入不足造成的后果,并结合辽宁工程技术大学自身的学科实力和发展前景,提出发展优势学科、师生互动教学、社会参与办学和建设节约型高校等几项措施,以促进大学学科专业建设顺利发展。

| Abstract: | Various reasonsfor the shortage of funds and the consequences of lack in funding in Liaoning Technical University are analyzed and combined with its subject strength and prospects for development,some measures are put forward to promote professional disciplines major construction development such as developing preponderant discipline and interactive teaching,as well as social participation in education and constructing saving universities. |
