| 摘 要： | 自我控制对于个体成功地适应社会相当重要,它是一个人良好个性形成和发展的必要条件和基本保证。本文从自我控制的界定、自我控制的结构、自我控制的理论观点、自我控制的实证研究等方面对国内外关于自我控制理论的研究成果进行了梳理,以期为自我控制理论的深入研究提供借鉴。
