| 摘 要： | “发展继续教育，构建终身教育体系”是党的“十六大”提出的奋斗目标。担负我国高等教育重任的大学教师，要以“十六大”报告精神为指导，接受继续教育，提高教师的质量和业务水平，为提高教育质量和管理水平，全面推进素质教育贡献自己的力量。
