| Abstract: | Based on the survey data, this paper analyzes the happiness feeling of contemporary librarians by taking the factors of gender, age, job title, position, type of the library, etc. as the horizontal scale, and the factors of the past 5 years, current and the coming 5 years as vertical scale. The paper tries to find out the related factors which are evidently influential to the particularly remarkable items, so that the results can be used as the reference to develop human-centered environment in library fields. |
