| 摘 要： | 探讨了银行票据字符识别前的各种预处理技术，提出了一种新的银行票据的特征线每确定方法。主要讨论了手写体大小写数字金额串的分割，给出了一套比较合适的银行票据字符识别预处理方案。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses preprocessing techniques for character recognition of bank instruments, and presents a new method to determine the feature lines of bank instruments, focusing on the segmentation of handwritten Chinese charactem and numerical sum strings. A suitable preprocessing system for character recognition of bank instruments is proposed. |
