摘    要:李贽是我国古代一位杰出的思想家,他的思想对后世产生过重要影响.李贽对人才的标准、识人、用人等几个方面都有论述,他将"总足办事"作为衡量人才的主要标准.他不拘一格选用人才的思想有其合理性,对今天识人、用人仍不失参考价值.

Abstract:Li Zhi was one of the outstanding thinkers in ancient China. His thought has exerted great influence on later generations. On the standard of talent and how to distinguish and use talented people, Li had his own expounding. His idea of recruiting able people without overstressing qualifications is still of reference value for distinguishing and using talented people today.
