| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、个别访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,对我国优秀女子100米栏运动员运动成绩的年龄特征及其训练学成因进行研究,分析我国优秀女子100米栏运动员分别达运动健将、国际健将、创个人最好成绩的年龄,并与世界优秀选手相比较,找出二者存在的差异,并对差异原因进行训练学方面的探讨,对我国在该项目的理论研究和训练实践上均具有指导意义.

| Abstract: | By using the method of documentary,interview,questionnaire and statistics,this paper researches the age characteristics of athletic achievement of China women 100m hurdle elites and its cause of formation in training,analyzes these elites' ages when they reach the stage of master sportsman,international master sportsman and best personal performance.By comparing with the corresponding figures of world excellent players,this paper also discusses the difference reason from the angle of training,this research has a guidance significance in theoretical research and practice training. |
