该文以某高校地质类检测实验室为分析对象,对实验室各种分析岗位的工作人员所接触的职业危害因素进行识别与分析.通过建立完善的管理规章制度、选购先进的自动化程度高的仪器设备,采取人机隔离措施,使用符合人机工效学的试验台和座椅,设置符合要求的防护设施、配备合格的个人防护用品,加强职业卫生监管和职业健康监护和对个人辐射剂量进行监控等措施,切实保障建地质类实验室检测人员的身心健康.

Exploration on analysis and protection of occupational hazards in university geological laboratories

By taking the university geological laboratories as the object of analysis, this paper identifies and analyses the occupational hazards that the staff of various analytical positions in a university geological testing laboratory are exposed to. Through the establishment of sound management rules and regulations, the purchase of advanced automated instruments and equipment is carried out. The measures are taken such as setting up the protective facilities, equipping qualified personal protective articles, strengthening occupational health supervision, occupational health surveillance and monitoring personal radiation dose to ensure the testers’ physical and mental health in geological laboratories.
