| 摘 要： | 高校女干部不仅为高校的建设和社会的发展做出了突出贡献,而且为女性成长、进步起到了重要的示范和引领作用。对北京某高校女干部队伍基本情况的调查发现,高校女干部成长过程中存在"玻璃天花板现象",破除这一现象需要高校适当调整女干部的培养任用制度,还需要女干部自身的努力。

| Abstract: | Women cadres in colleges not only did outstanding contributions to the construction of the school and the development of the whole society, and also set the important style and promotion for women＇s growth and progress. Based on the status of the basic conditions of female cadres in one college in Beijing and the main factors that influencing their growth. This article make a brief analysis from the characteristics of the current situation of women cadres＇ growth, the reason that restricting the current situation of women cadres＇ growth and suggestions on encouraging the present： situation of women cadres＇ growth. |
