杏鲍菇菌丝液体深层发酵产生多糖的分离纯化及生物学活性研究

摘    要:许多实验让实多糖具有提高免疫功能的作用,可以促进动物的非特异性免疫和特异性免疫.文中利用液体深层发酵法获取大量杏鲍菇菌丝,并从中分离、纯化出两种杏鲍菇多糖即A1和A2.分别用浓度为7mg/mL的A1和A2作为小鼠的免疫增强剂,观察其对抗肿瘤的影响.结果表明杏鲍菇多糖对小鼠产生较好的抗肿瘤作用.

Abstract:Extensive studies have showed that some polysaccharides had the function of enhancing immuni- ty.Most polysaccharides can promote animal's specific and nonspecific immunity.In this paper we repor- ted that two polysaccharides A1 and A2 were isolated and purified from Submerged culture of Pleurotus er- yngii.The polysaccharide with the concentration Of 7 mg/mL was used as immuno-potantiators,and its effects on tumors were observed.The result showed that Pleurotus eryngii polysaccharides produced anti -tumor effects in mouse.
