新加坡人民行动党能够在鼓动民众取得结束殖民统治的胜利之后进一步领导民众取得国家建设的成功的关键原因，是由于实现了从革命到执政的政党文化转型。本文主要从党的指导思想、属性色彩、政治观念和权威模式等方面论述了新加坡人民行动党的政党文化转型，具体包括从高调的意识形态转型为低调的实用理性、从“最能关心工人利益”转型为“代表国内各方面的利益”、从“破坏”的“决定一切”的政治观转型为“建设”的服从经济的政治观以及从超凡魅力权威转型为法理权威，意在为从“革命党”转型为执政党的中国共产党提供可资借鉴的成功经验。

On the Party Cultural Transformation of the People's Action Party of Singapore after its Coming into Power

The most important reason for the success of the People's Action Party of Singapore in constructing its country after revolution is that the party made a cultural transformation from revolution to in-power. The article discusses the transformation mainly from four aspects: the leading thoughts, the attribute, the political idea and the mode of authority of the party. The purpose of the article is to offer a reference approach for the CPC in its way from a revolutionary party to a in-power one.
