| 摘 要： | 强调个性增长率，注重个性教育，是当代世界教育改革的共同趋势。我国近代教育家蔡元培先生，十分重视个性教育。他的个性教育的思想和实践启示我们：要根据学生个性特点进行教育，改进教学方法，选择具有创造素质的教师，营造宽松民主的教学环境等。

| Abstract: | it's the common reformatory tendency in the world nowadays to emphasize and stress on the personality education. Cai Yuan Pei our late educationist in modem times, paid great attention to the personality education. The thought and the practice of his personality education tells us that we should carry out the education and improve the way of teaching accordance with the personal characters of students. That is to choose the teachers with quality of creating and to build loose and democratic teaching environment. |
