The author's viewpoint is how to deal with the connection of strictness and loose on work of a teacher in charge of a class. We must follow the following three points: First, we must make a set of rules of action and appeal of aim; second, there should be suitable systems of punishment and encouragement; and we ought to make self-systems in the center of leaders in class. So how to deal with the connection of strictness and loose is sticking point to the work of class.
