基于西门子工业网络的过程控制实验系统

论文依托南京理工大学自动化学院过程控制实验室的建设,介绍了过程控制实验系统的组成,重点讲述用于实验教学的不同层次的实验,分析了这些实验的内容以及相互关系,通过系统网络结构及监控实验环节深化了西门子全集成自动化的工业网络模型。实践证明这些实验内容对促进过程控制教学、教师科研、培养学生掌握过程控制系统设计的能力等方面有着重要意义。

Design and Research of the Process Control Experimental System Based on Siemens Industrial Network

This paper introduced the composition of the process control experimental system.Then the different levels of experimentswere discussed and the experimental object and relationship were analyzed.The Siemens TIA model was reflected by the experimental system structure and the monitor and control experiments. The results prove that the experimentation has significance to the prccess control teaching,teachers researching and training students to master the process control system design capacity.
