| 摘 要： | 全面建设小康社会的战略目标，为我国的高等教育创新理念注入了新的内涵。抓住这个历史性机遇，运用教育信息化资源，促进高等教育的模式创新；运用现代教育理念，推进高校运行机制创新；运用教育国际化战略，谋求新的教育资源和市场空间的思维创新；运用可持续发展战略，开辟高校办学的特色创新。

| Abstract: | The strategic objective of constructing an overall well-off society adds a new sense to the innovative concept of higher education of our country.The author advocates to grasp the his torical opportunity and push forward the innovation of higher education model with educational information resources,the innovation of runing colleges and universities with modern e-ducation cencept;to search for new education resources and thinking creativity of markets with the strategy of education globali-sation;to open up new ways of running schools of unique characteristics with the strategy of continual development. |
