| Abstract: | Taking Panxian county (Hongguo) Xingyi city as the central in creasing ex-tremes. Nanning - Kunming railway is the developing circle axis, and the whole region's conomi-cal development will be greatly promoted through the diffusion and collection of the "point" andthe radiating effect of the "axis". |
