我国石油企业跨国经营的风险分析

Risk Analysis of the Further Transnational Operation of China's Petroleum Enterprises

The transnational operations of Chinese petroleum enterprises have achieved a certain scale,but with the rapid growth of foreign investment,the risks of transnational operations are rising.In order to help meet the demand for energy due to China's rapid economic growth,it is an imperative task to strengthen the awareness and establish the mechanism of risk management.The political risks of Chinese petroleum enterprises are rising because of both the International Interest Group and the recovery of Economic Nationalism.Moreover,Chinese petroleum enterprises are facing complicated dynamic risks including the price fluctuation in the international petroleum market,the exchange rate fluctuation,the enterprise integration after enterprise merge and the new international standard adoption.It is only possible for them to attain their strategic goals by making a conscientious analysis on the composition of the risks and their trend of changes and work out practicable countermeasures as soon as possible.
