| 摘 要： | 城镇房屋拆迁工作具有很强的政策性、社会性、群众性,所产生的矛盾与纠纷极为复杂。从社会网络的角度看,拆迁户动迁行为对其产生的影响主要有:原有的社会支持网络遭破坏,新社区的生活成本增加,社会心理失落。

| Abstract: | The destruction of old buildings and the transfer of their occupants in cities and towns are of policy,social and mass characters.Disputes resulted from this are complicated.From the angle of social network,the transfe will destroy the original social relations,increase the living cost of the occupants in the new communities and deject the occupants. |
