| 摘 要： | 以人为本是高职院校思想政治教育工作的出发点。突出以人为本理念,正确认识高职院校思想政治教育工作存在着人才评价机制、教育方式、方法、师资队伍建设等方面的问题,采取有效措施切实提高高职院校学生思想政治教育工作成效性,促进学生全面发展,是新形势对高职院校提出的一个新课题,以人为本的理念为高职院校思想政治教育工作的创新指明了方向。
