| 摘 要： | 由于信贷缺口与资本缺口的存在，中小企业存在着与生俱来的投融资困难。为了全面落实国家发改委提出的“中小企业成长工程”，大连中小企业投融资环境需要进一步优化，重点应放在转变政府职能、大力发展行业协会、规范担保机构、完善企业征信体系等方面。

| Abstract: | Because of the born credit gap and capital gap,small-and-medium sized enterprises have to face the investment and financing difficulty.In order to carry out the "small-and-medium sized enterprises growth project" advanced by National Development and Reform Committee,the investment and finacing environment of the small-and-medium sized enterprises in Dalian should be improved with a focus on the transformation of government's function,the development of guilds,the standardization of assurance institution and the perfection of enterprise's credit levy system. |
