| 摘 要： | 如何在建设创新型国家的大背景下构建创新人才培养机制,提升学生的自主创新能力是现代高等教育所面临的一个亟待解决的问题。构建创新人才培养机制需要满足的条件很多,而高校校园文化建设在构建高校创新人才培养机制过程中的作用应予以重视。

| Abstract: | How to construct the cultivating mechanism of the innovative talents under the background of the building up the innovative nation and how to promote self-innovation ability of the students are an urgent issue faced by modern higher education.There are many prerequisites for constructing innovative talent cultivation mechanism and the functions of campus culture construction of higher learning institutions in the process of constructing innovative talent cultivation mechanism should be paid attention to. |
