浅谈地方性高等院校专业教学与图书馆的特色馆藏建设

通过对地方性高校的专业教学特征与特色馆藏关系进行分析，提出了在地方高校图书馆建立特色馆藏的必要性。并就建设特色馆藏提出了建立学科馆员制度，科学确立特藏方向；科学定位，确定服务功能；以及重视传统文献资源建设，开发虚拟馆藏的建议。

On Specialty Teaching and Construction of the Feature Collection of Library in Local University

Through the analysis of relationship between the character of specialty teaching and the feature collection of library in local university,the author put forward that it was necessary to build feature library in local university and gave the following suggestions: building the system of subject librarian,establishing the direction of feature collection,confirming the service function,emphasizing on constructing traditional document resources and developing virtual collection,etc.
