摘    要:在对教师实施继续教育的工程中,有关部门提出了"引导教师从经验中学习,在反思中成长"的教师培训新理念.行动学习法的精髓是"反思",强调学习者在经验中总结、在反思中成长的学习提高过程.如何运用行动学习法是值得大家深思的一个问题.

Abstract:In carrying out continuous education of teachers, the related department put forward a new concept about the training of teachers, that is, guiding teachers to learn from experiences and make progress in reflections. The marrow of the action learning method is to reflect, which emphasizes that learners will learn from experiences and make progress in reflections. How to apply the method is a thoughtful issue.
