| 摘 要： | 湖南民营企业自主创新能力不强,主要成因是自主创新意识薄弱、资金不足、人才缺乏、环境不优.要从加大金融投入、完善财税政策、构筑创业平台、加大对知识产权的保护力度等方面来提高民营企业自主创新能力.
