| 摘 要： | 由于工作性质的特殊性,人际关系的复杂性等原因,文秘专业大学生入职初期需要在角色上作出较大转变。这种转变的难点主要是对新环境的不适应、工作能力不足及情绪上的失落。解决这个问题需要大学生不断充实完善自我和高校大力推进教学改革两方面的共同努力。

| Abstract: | Due to the special nature of the work,the reasons for the complexity of human relationships,secretarial major recruits need to make a large change in the role.The difficulty of this transition is adjusting to the new environment,lack of ability to work and emotional loss.Solving this problem requires students to continuously enrich self-perfection and universities to push forward the joint efforts of the teaching reform vigorously. |
