| 摘 要： | 学生党员干部是高校基层组织建设的主力军,是开展高校党建的中坚力量,是培养党的后备力量的重要源泉.本文剖析了高校学生党员干部领导力在入党动机、政治防线、服务意识及服务能力方面存在的主要问题和差距,提出在队伍建设、思想意识、执行力度及服务能力等关系到学生党员干部领导力培养方面的具体措施.
