| 摘 要： | 司法认知,又称为“审判上的知悉”,是民事诉讼法的一项重要制度 ,也是证据学上一个重要问题.司法认知的对象范围是该研究中的一个重要而有争议的问题.在国内外各种立法例和学说的基础上,对司法认知的对象范围问题重新进行整理和思考,希望能对司法认知研究有所裨益.

| Abstract: | Judicial notice,which is also known as "judicial cognition",is an important rule in civil procedural law as well as a key issue in evidence act.The field of object in judicial notice is an important and controversial issue.Based on various legislation and theories at home and abroad,the author will rearrange and reconsider the field of object of judicial notice in the hope that it may contribute a little to the further study of judicial notice. |
