| 摘 要： | 开放式创新正在成为当今一些领先型企业实践的创新模式,它通过创新杠杆效应,提高创新效率,拓展创新利润,使企业走出创新两难境地,重新获得市场回报。本文介绍Henry教授提出的开放式创新概念,应用企业实例展示该模式的运作,然后应用系统学理论分析该模式的特点。

Open innovation have led these enterprises go out of the innovation' s dilemma and regain their profit from markets.This paper introduces the concepts of open innovation,gives relative cases and then,based on system theory,analyses the features of it. |
