| Abstract: | The drilling project is a high investment and high-risk operation, it would cause great loss once the accident happened. In order to ensure the successfully progress of drilling, the interests of both sides and development results, the implementation of the supervision and management is essential. In this paper, the importance, effects, status of work, response to the status quo and the recommendations of the methods to supervise the on site drilling is described. |
